This is a quick dipping of your toe into the content of my longer courses. A chance to understand what we cover, why it works and what that looks like in practice.
We start with a brief discussion of some brain-basics followed by lots of short exercises to experience meditation, observation as meditation and drawing as a way to tune into your own programming and internal voice.

Shipping
Your order will normally be prepared and shipped in just a couple of days. If there is a delay for any reason, or if we need to discuss framing, I will be in touch with you.
