This glazed decoration features the Jasmine Moth; taken from my original paintings (also available to buy). The scale and preciousness of the ceramic conveys the jewel-like moths in all their modest beauty.
I love pattern and embellishment and have extended a lace-like design around each moth, echoing their colours and shapes. I added touches of gold to accentuate the feeling of their preciousness.
