This is an in-person session held in Cambridgeshire, the perfect start for my Drawing For Wellbeing Online Course, which will need to be purchased separately.
Make your own sketchbook and meet your classmates. A one-off 2.5 hour session, making a simple sketchbook
- Make the sketchbook which you’ll fill during the course. See what your hands can do, learn a skill and be empowered to create your own beautiful bespoke book in just a couple of hours
- Includes a set of Self-Care postcards (worth £18). Guidance on how to use the self-care postcards so you can connect with your self-compassion in the most challenging moments, to support yourself, wherever you are.
