In this 1 hr 30min video, we'll talk about change, I'll explain a little about my work and then, you will work out what needs to change for you. We'll look at how symbols, connecting to your environment and creating a physical space for your intention can really help you reach your goals. You'll leave the session ready to either create an artwork, assemblage or space in your home to cement your intention and bolster your resolve on those challenging days.
