Winter Workshop Series - Drawing for Wellbeing

INTRODUCTION

This is much more than a how-to draw class. It’s an introduction to a practice that can give you space to find daily calm, quieten the chatter in your mind and enrich the way you see the world. You don’t need any drawing experience or qualifications. An open mind and willingness to have a go, is all you need. If you are looking for better balance in your life, this course is for you.

Over 7 weeks, you will explore thought patterns in a supportive environment, improve drawing skills, and create restorative calm in your life. Hopefully you’ll find the benefits far reaching and transformative. Working at a manageable and realistic pace, we will integrate new practices around your existing commitments. Practical sessions are in-person  with online support in between, to help you stay on track. During these sessions we will explore the work of Betty Edwards, Dr Kristen Neff and Dr Jill Bolte-Taylor.
